| Accommodation: |
- We will have four different types of accommodation: tents (2x), gym hall (3x), hostels (2x) and ferry (1x).
- There is an opt-in possibility for a 'hotel' program with single- or double-bedroom accommodation at every location. These 'hotel-only' programm will be delivered at additional costs which are approx. 40 - 60.- EUR (Germany) / 50 - 80.- EUR (Skandinavien) per person for a double-bedroom and approx. 70 - 90.- EUR (Germany) / 90 - 130.- EUR (Skandinavien) for a single-bedroom. GBI will book the rooms but the costs will have to be settled by the participants directly in the hotel at check-out.

| Luggage: |
Because of limited space in the hostels and the lorries luggage is limited to one sport bag per participant. In addition you will need a sleeping-bag and if required, a bicycle transportation box. More luggage will not be allowed. Please note that you won't have access to your bicycle transportation box between Oslo and Düsseldorf. |

| Access Control/ Security: |
Each participant will receive a set of wristbands. You will only get access to your bikes and luggage wearing this wristbands. The bicycles will always be stored in a dedicated, save area overnight, secured by a guard. Without a wristband you will not be allowed to access these bicycle area. |

|
|
|
|
| Participants: |
Almost 400 cyclists from 20 countries, mainly from the telecommunication and IT industry. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Financial Aspects: |
- Each participant has to raise at least € 500.- fund prior departure for their local charity.
- Costs for breakfast, accommodation, logistics, first aid, etc. are covered by sponsors.
- Travel costs from your country to Oslo and return home are not covered (except a bus transportation from Düsseldorf to Oslo on the 8th June 2012).
- There will be no registration fee so basic participation is free of charge. Nevertheless your registration will only be confirmed after you have raised your first 200.- € fund. Please contact your local Country Champions to find out more about the financial aspects.

| Registration: |
- Registration opened on 4th December 2011 and has closed end of March 2012.
- From April 2012 onwards a registration is no longer possible - except by invitation by the Sponsorteams.
- All participants who have a confirmed registration by End of March 2012 will receive a named and personalised cycling jersey (All other participants will receive a standard official cycling tricot in the available sizes M, L or XL, dependent on availability).

| Journey to Oslo: |
- GBI offers a travel bus lift from Dusseldorf to Oslo at no costs on the 8th June 2012, arriving in Oslo at 5 pm on the 9th June.
- GBI offers a bicycle transportation from Dusseldorf to Oslo prior the tour. You can depose your bicycle on Monday (4th June), Wednesday (6th June) or Thursday (7th June) at Seestern 3 in Dusseldorf. GBI will then take these bikes to Oslo at no additional costs.
